Antman4, try not to mix-up the Methanol JV's. Eni, Petronas and others are indeed experienced producers and for the midstream-JV, they may become equity partners.
But the EOI's were for Methanol offtake. In my mind, Methanex would be an obvious participant which has a publicly stated intention (and history of) wanting to secure Methanol supply in this part of the world.
