petroshale involvement

Apologies in advance of this has already been posted and if the detail is a little scratchy at this point.

From this article it appears that:

Petroshale paid Lawson a net US$934k for them to buy the operatorship for our NS Bakken assets and for 50% of the NS leases to pass back to them. The detail will doubtless get flushed out over coming days/weeks.

It appears that Petroshale are the "third party" referred to in the announcement of 16AUG13.

Net effect the same, but interesting.
