PRICE OF COLDRY UNDER $45 per ton.
Petrovietnam may or maynot be referring to coldry but government controlled business has excellent financial rating and its 1 of 3 power plants it is involved.
I was told that Vietnam are looking to build 10 in the next 10 years.
At the rate of coal price increase and Vietnam will need to be a NET IMPORTER of coal to meet their energy requirement after 2014/2015.
What about the EXISTING CONTRACTS to supply coal throughout Asia/ major loss of revenue unless an alternative economical source can be found.
