Assuming Tincom fund the SPV, the initial 2mtpa plant is all that matters. ECT have said existing logistical capacity is 5mtpa. In any case, I doubt the initial 2mtpa will be exported...shandies all round.

Tincom $$$$ will settle all the confidence issues.... "the red carpet will be rolled out and the champagne will flow then."
