Does this seem like just a coincidence?
A vietnamese state owned company forms a joint venture with australian company ESI (ECT) to produce BCE (black coal equivalent pellets) by 2014

Another vietnamese state owned company contracts to build a coal fired power plant to produce by 2014 and buying the fuel from australia (and Indonesia). Just a coincidence? If not could we finally see the Victoria Coldry project properly factored in to the share price? Not good at FA and in particular DFV but from my little knowledge I'm sure it's much higher than 2.4c.
Hopefully we will get more info on this when the SPV fires up in the new year

Of perhaps less significance - is it also a coincidence that ESI has an agreement for a coldry production plant in Indonesia? We haven't heard about that one for a while?
