Reading between the lines it looks to me as if J. Pitt was instrumental in the changes to management. He has not participated in the previous 2 capital raising's. Instead elected to purchase on market at lower prices. So nothing to do with him possibly being short on funds. Yet now he is the corner stone investor behind this latest issue. What changed ?
Were they having trouble raising money OR maybe the sum they are seeking & were therefore forced to do a deal with Pitt ?
OR
did he finally reach the end of his patience & told them enough is enough.
Also glad to see Simon Hadfield being replaced as Chairman. Hopefully now those useless attendances by Peel at Hadfield's RIU conferences will cease.
