I think LNK management will retain a 23.57% holding in PEXA, allocate the remaining shares through an in-specie distribution to LNK shareholders at a ratio of 1:4.78, and offer LNK shareholders the opportunity to buy additional shares at a discount of 8.5% to the book-build price. Based on this scenario I'm reiterating my sentiment - a high conviction HOLD.
