3 weeks away from apparently listing PEXA and no-one knows what on earth is going on. Where's the prospectus? How can investors invest in the IPO? What percentage is Link retaining? Is there going to be an in specie distribution? Is Link waiting for a tax ruling? Are additional shares going to be offered at IPO or just Morgan Stanley's shares?
PEXA is the highest quality company to potentially list on the ASX in some time but the board is somehow managing to cock it up with garbage tier communication and disgusting self interest. What is the board and their useless consultants doing?
