Nobody knows as yet... and it is not necessarily going to be a demerger/listing... management in their latest update have hinted at a trade sale instead. Arguably the easier route selling their share of PEXA to the other owners (or anyone else)... which means the PEXA-bulls holding LNK won't be happy.
