They will more than likely also pay down some of the debt with those funds, balance their books and be in a much better position moving forward. As will they appear more ripe for a TO from the suitors, who have obviously gone silent on the matter of late. The sooner PEXA bulls are out of LNK the better.

Interested to know where suitors listed any concerns about debt levels? PE will look to add a lot more debt if they were to purchase.
