Agree : I expect LNK to maintain only 20.01% (Board Control) in PEXA and dilute the rest via offering shares to LNK holder at IPO price. Only advantage LNK shareholder will have it confirmed allocation, while others need to buy in market. .. LNK got a debt of around $1.2 Billion. LNK needs to offload around 27% to reduce debt substantially.
