As a holder of Pexa, I agree that if Link offloaded 80% of their holding (which they have been threatening for a while now) it would increase liquidity and possibly some short term price weakness due to some holders cashing out.
Having a single entity as a 43% holder is not a positive for holders if the company has no intention of ever making a complete take over at some point.
I see REA as a great fit for this company going forward, but there would be others if the register is freed up.
The question is at what price?
