Difficult to predict if we'll start to see dividends soon - their expansion into the UK is moving faster than I anticipated, and their results are above expectations. Lots of property transactions, but panic buying and panic selling works both ways imo. There will presumably be less re-financing as rates rise, except for those with fixed-interest mortgages who will be forced to re-financing after they expire.
The factor in favour of dividends is their business model, and that they are an aussie company, I mean even APX pays a dividend
