PXA is a great company, but it is an infrastructure like company with healthy cashflows and steady growth. These multiples are crazy for this type of Company. Great companies are also a SELL at crazy valuations! PXA is a BUY at a 15x EV/EBITDA FY22 (20x at a stretch given its monopolistic features). Period.
Remember the Aged Care operators when they listed at PE multiples of 25-30x... where are they at now? Don't hold your breath on PXA. Again, it's a great Company with a monopoly in a niche but substantial market.
