I think the best way to understand who's selling and who's accumulating is to take a look at the Distribution Of Equity Securities Tables from the past and latest top20,s

On the 29/10/2020 there was 2302 shareholders holding 539,243 shares in PF1, now ( 27/09/2021) there is only 87 shareholders holding a total of 27,487 @anytime_now that's a result of the company buyback of the unmarketable shares, IMO those shares were on sold to one buyer 2 Days ago ( on market) as seen below, so someone bought $200k worth at 32.5c !



What else is very obvious is smaller holders have lost patience and have been selling, while the big holders have been steadily accumulating

The top 93 holders ( 29/10/2020 ) 39,571,019 ( 68.26% )

The top 93 holders ( 27/09/2021 ) 46,562,171 ( 80.32% )








Top 359 Shareholders now hold 55,121,471 ( 95.09% ) of PF1 shares

My take away from all that dribble, small holders selling while big holders are buying Follow the money, they are proven winners IMO, DYOR im only guessing !
