All sounds very romantic:
~ but considering it was a XT, could it have been as simple as the unmarketable shares being transferred from PF1's account to Canaccord Genuity as Pathfinder appointed Canaccord Genuity to sell the Shares ....... not necessarily going to one buyer, but distributed to Canaccord's Clients?
~ no disputing that most of the distribution of shares are moving from the 10,001 - 100,000 range (2020 - 13,301,047 ~ 2021 - 8,559,300) to the 100,001 + range (2020 - 39,571,019 ~ 2021 - 46,562,171) With an increase in the equity of the two top ranges increasing from 2020 - 52,876,066 to 2021 - 55,121,471 a change of 2,245,405
~ There is a difference between a Company buy back, - the company buys the shares and then they are removed from the registry. Whereas, the Unmarketable Sale Facility, the holders get paid after the shares are sold but the shares remain in the SOI.

~ not all big holders are buying and as per post 56664232 some of the big holders have sold.

~ Still somewhat amazed that the only thing that Pathfinder has going for it is a tight register and supporters "follow the money" ideals but no discussions on the Company's actual core business project.
~ No news of any advancement at the King Tut project with Argentina lifting almost all COVID restrictions?
