On the face of it,that would appear to be a large chunk of PFC shares sold,yesterday,on the TSX!! (546,493)..

However there are at least four large Canadian Funds that between them, hold/held, over 3,079,590 shares,
plus,the top four Institutions, collectively hold/held,in excess of 19,362,180 shares.

Any one of those top eight shareholders could have singularly disposed of the total vol.sold testerday,without disturbing,to any great extent,the progress of the field program...

At the end of the day, the salient factor is that BKP still have an unchanged interest in EP127 & EP128,plus,
75% around the Elkedra prospect..

Personally,I am of the opinion that no matter who controls PFC, the involvement of Statoil will ensure that the field program proceeds as planned and,most importantly BKP as "part-owners" of various tenements will benefit accordingly!!
My personal opinion is that yesterdays action was not a "sale",but rather, a "purchase"..The glass is ALWAYS half full !... QED.
