Although we don't know the full facts and details of what happened it doesn't augur well for the future.
It could be concluded here that PFC didn't notify BKP of the announcement they were making overnight. If that is the case then I'm immediately concerned about the relationship between the operators of these upcoming drills/fracs.
These are only opinions of what could have happened. If they prove to be correct its worthy of further thought.
