I must say, I find the TMX site very hard to read, but that may just be a lack of familiarity. I also think not all the values in their overview are updated yet, because 7m shares total is the value it had for Pendulum... I believe PFC is close to 50m shares. Also puts the market cap figures out of whack.

50m-odd at $1.2 for open would correspond nicely to the $50m cash or-so that they raised. I don't know whether this means anything or not, but with the 150% jump upwards on their first day comes to the same additional amount as the alleged over-subscription. This could be pure coincidence, or both their CR and now the market agreeing that $70m-$90m more is good value for this project for PFC.

Now... let's hope they start a nice flow of announcements from here.
