I was thinking as well if Soros is happy to hold at current levels he must be reasonably confident in this as a speculatative play.
And if there is a commercially recoverable amount of oil in our tenaments ( be it however many billion barrels :) )it should be relatively easy to obtain the capital for an extensive drilling campaign with Soros onboard?
