no mention of the condition of the roads, hopefully this means that they are ready to go as soon as the rig is complete and signed off.
From the wording of the update it sounds like they are actually assembling the rig, they are not waiting on parts (switchgear).
is there anyone here that could provide some insight into how long these third party audits usually take?
im sure the people out to make a quick buck between now and spud will be watching closely now.
