    So PFC market cap ~= 25 million CAD. The stage-1 of the statoil venture sees Statoil & PFC each spend 25 million USD and at the end of stage-1 if Statoil want to proceed with stage 2 they reimburse PFC 25 million USD.

    Cheaper for Staoil to buy them out or let them default and then buy therefore making their farmin terms not applicable. I will be buying again in the future on the basis of Statoil's activity in the Georgina.

    Hopefully BKP evenetually provide some commentary around this too.
