Was not aware of the baggage.

A bit of quick research shows that Matthew Philipchuk is the CEO, Chairman & Founder of Adelaide based, Bight Petroleum. This company was incorporated in Alberta Canada abt mid 2010 - so MP would still have been in PFC then.

No doubt there was a lot of friction in the company over the decision to move all operations to Australia and focus on the Southern Georgina area - a brave decision(?) - as in, 'all or nothing'.
