Why??
There are no buyers at the moment so the SP is hardly going to sky rocket.
Beach appear to be stuck in a bit of a rut at the moment and with production unlikely to increase substantially (which they need to do to take advantage of higher oil prices) their revenue and profits arent' going to set the world alight.
Most investors probably beleive there is better value elsewhere in oil sector.
