Pfizer has a market cap of 245 B with a lot of cash and the fund has 1 B cash. It could well be that the offer to get PBT2 (if done) by both of these is on a very different level. Pfizer can do everything that the fund can offer, IMO.
I hope there is this competition and most likely the end of the competition is very close.
