These guys have a 'knack' for timing their releases, but even so the muted response on this is intriguing, even a little disappointing.
My understanding is that this particular announcement essentially validates the science by announcing, "yes, it works". Pfizer are no dummy's and will not say it works and pay up if it doesn't. So, this underpins the value of their IP, the potential of the business to gain revenue from successfully working through milestones of collaborations and therefore the value to investors.
To my mind this is BIG news for these guys and a real catalyst for the sp – but ....
Am I missing something or can it just be put down to being a bad day in general?
