They have not missed anything…..their process just grinds on until there is a resolution either the company capitulates to what they want or there is a event that changes their sentiment At the moment we are just waiting for that resolution to occur
The bets are increasing on the negative side while we wait for the FDA process to inch along
The waiting is the annoying part
