India? The majority of India outside the big cities no-one would have a clue what's going on. Unless they've allocated resources to collect the bodies floating down the river or digging them up and deciphering the cause of death. India's health system is ridiculously under-resourced. It's the last place I'd be looking for advice on how to handle the pandemic.
