You really have zero idea how fast things can happen when there is a will to do so. eg Hospitals built in a day in china.....
People hearing they can get results in 30 seconds over their phones will demand access to it and leave any provider that does not have the app and go to one that does. As a result those providers will move heaven and earth to get the app pronto....
Of course doctors will be involved where necessary, just as they are with with home testing kits as they stand now...
We are yet to hear from Ping An but they may change very soon indeed. I gave you 30 million earnings for 2 cities for 1 month only in China for one test only per person - you appear to be claiming things can't be done in 12 times that period..... or one year which PE values are based on.
