it is my understand that the limitation period for an application for registration of a foreign judgment is six years from the date of judgment or, if the judgment has been appealed, the date of the last judgment in the appeal proceedings (section 6(1) of the FJA).
I truly hope the proposed defence to this action is NOT that it is statute barred! wow. Mind you if the try to register it under the name Berlin Farmer they might end up paying some random farmer from Berlin.
