It all depends on the perceived value of the overall Pfizer assets with or without the hydrotope stuff.
If they can show an extended lifespan for their number one product for instance SUD assets may be worth picking up solely for their ability to hold up the valuation of the future income streams.
The one thing that may get complicated is that the tested products straddle both sides of the split company (Advil is Consumer, Viagra the other). One side would have to pick up the asset and sublicense the tech to the other.
All conjecture of course, and highly dependent on how they want to package up the Consumer unit for sale.
