Reuters story today confirms Pfizer intend to start an Auction process for OTC sale, and hope to conclude in mid 2018.
There seems to be quite a few potential suitors, including pharma and even Nestle.
Again, will this affect the approval of more Hydrotrope SL trials?, or simply enhance the sale potential?
I doubt a small trial will affect the auction process, but Pfizer will send out the the Healthcare division's due diligence docs to prospective buyers in about 3 weeks.
Good or Bad for SUDA'S sale prospects : who knows??
