MPL/MPLs is a treatment, not a vax. So, obviously a it has a potential to reduce the "pool" of people that get sick, but it will be at least 1.5 years before it becomes a significant dent IMO.
Also, MPL/MPLs is not specific to Covid 19. they hypothesize it will be successful on other corona and alike virus. So it has much potential into the future.
So not major concerns from my perspective.
