"Not many businesses on the ASX have an annual profit equal to initial Capex the way IndoCHine does!"
CVR are aiming for $27m gross profit with a CAPEX of $13m so less than half.
They also have an MOU in place to produce a likely 25k ounces through toll treatment with ZERO CAPEX.
They are also looking to add another 12k ounces per year via building a third heap leach pad at their current mine.
So let's see that's about:
$24.5m + $12m + $15.5m = $52m annual profit at $1600 gold price on a $13m CAPEX.
That's 4 times the CAPEX cost and over double the current market cap.
Gotta think outside the box.
