Corportate tax is 30% in PNG but special povisions apply to majo developments.
You make no metion of the tax incentives and treaties that the PNG govt aranges for pojects of this kind.
Its unlikely that IDC will pay any tax in the first 3-4 years of operations.
Some of your calculation are also pretty suspect, including you use of Cap Ex as if it were an operating expense to calculate what appear to be "cash costs" which, in my respectful view, you grossly overestimated.
