Agree, the OPEX appears on the high side, but well in line with contemporary costs suggested by miners like GBG. Royal appears to have delivered another honest appraisal, rather than the unbelievable hype of others.
What is of real interest is the ultra low CAPEX that they hint at: below $200/t capital intensity, though its a bit ambiguous on whether they've costed for a 6.2 or a 8.2 million ton per year operation. In any case, this should be a winner (IF and only IF they successfully outsource their slurry solution).
It will be interesting to see how their optimisations impacts costs.
