i give you just the fact that by discounting 60 mio for the given production time of mine at 10% interestRate and at the end consider the CAPEX (750mio) you won´t end up with 1,1 Billion Aus$

the calculation is done with a relatively high interest rate. my experience is that 8% should be high enough for a base case. which in other word makes the NPV more positive.
