    There is clearly a blocking stake for a cheap takeover as a blocking holding is 10%. Including Hawkes Point and others in the Top 20 shareholders there would be in excess of 15% of shareholders who would not budge if a takeover offer was inadequate. I know that for a fact. Would you accept a takeover bid of $0.25?

    Do you really think that RXL will complete a good PFS, a better DFS and announce a FID without the share price getting to $0.25? The Performance Rights share price hurdles are very important and those on the receiving end want to get their hands on those shares as soon as possible. Although RR has highlighted that a DFS is 12 months away and FID 6 months later I believe the FID will not be several months in the making after the DFS. They will be working on a financing package during the DFS completion. Non committal is all about not over promising at this stage.

    I am looking forward to the PFS announcement in the near future.
