The long and short of the reason is, BML is too small and when a deposit is too small and not overly high grades you do not want to see it advanced into production. You definitely do not want to dilute to oblivion for a small project.
IVR is ripping as it is high grade, no jurisdiction risk, management haven’t diluted us like tmz, they have not done BS share consolidation.
management need to do NOTHING but drill and raise cap when appropriate and be frugal. The silver bull may be over in 12 months with silver reaching $100 plus, the company who dilutes least will do well.
SVL is the other option but has much higher MC so speculators will bid IVR up. I switched from BML after they did a share roll up a few years ago. However they will still do very well no doubt
