The issue is that a lot of those opinions you are defending are rarely backed up with anything other than quite shoddy, shallow or in reality, no research.

The MAK mothers club members have done their research and have invested - in my book, the ppl sitting on the fence and slinging mud either have too much free time or are hoping for the mud to stick and so have their own agenda.

We have seen some results of questionable research this week. Whether rightly or wrongly, even expert analysis is only in the end an opinion, but at least those analysts have to back up their opinions with research. Once the research is examined, ppl can then form their own opinion and this is the basis for HC posting - research and publish.

What you are advocating is speculate and publish - which is essentially worthless - much like a lot of the "professional" journalistic endeavours we have seen of late...
