$51 FoB is fine, competitive with Australia for Asian market. Roughly, I think you could count on development finance adding about 30% dilution (eg raising funds with market cap around $1bn and half from debt. From the look of it, I would have thought that the share price ought to be around about $5, when the company goes into production in a couple of years.
