It's not just for the lithium extraction that they need high flow rates, they also need it for the geothermal energy generation. 78MW would require a large number of wells with high flow rates. I'd crunch the numbers but I'm just too busy at the moment. Keep in mind that the maximum theoretical thermal efficiency for their hot and cold reservoir temperatures is only about 20%, so you would need to take the amount of thermal energy required per second for 78MW and multiply it by five (for a very approximate figure).
