Great write up! I share your conclusion, however beside all these things we shouldnt forget the story can get a lot better thab what we saw until now!
If the mineralized neutralizer will work as assumed it will boost the economics by a feww100 of million dollars! And maybe a little Scandium spice can bring this project to a really attractive position without hype assumed metal prices on which our base case studies been made
This is the biggest holding of my portfolio and and still buying more when i can!
