Yep sometihng like we issue a chunk of shares ar 15c, like 19.99% of the company and they agree to finance the remainder of the construction are very low interest rates. Will be paid back qucikly either way but they get their strategic holding and everyone wins. Some will say just not the shareholder who get diluted and no offer to subscribe but is qucik painless and should jump the share price. Anyway a ways off yet!
