Its risk v reward, the underwritters agreed to buy 570K worth of stock @ 3cents that could have been trading on market at 2.7 cents.
No one has a crystal ball and knows when the price will go up or down, if every other holder like me exercised their options there would have not been anything to underwrite and Sayona would have 6mil cash to spend.
If you didn't exercise your options its your own fault that these underwriters will get stock at what looks a cheap price after today's action
