Why are holders selling at rock bottom levels?
~20 mill MC for a company with 3 very good projects
a) Cash on hand - >3mill odd
b) CONFIRMED lithium, major REE discovery, drilling to be announced any day - excellent relations with Guyana government with rumours that possible more licenses being made available
c) PFS in the final stages for a "disruptive technology" that has PROVEN to work at CHEAPER cost despite what the naysayers have been saying since January
d) SOP tenements with excellent initial first results.
It seems to have been discussed quite in detail here, YES the PFS is delayed and it is disheartening to see the SP plummet but if you believe in the projects then hold, chill and sit on it. Projects are progressing and developing naturally. If someone is familiar with the nuances and lifecycle of projects then they would know these are small things in the big picture.
Truthfully told I'm not sure what the company is to say regarding the OHD PFS - they seem to have said it already in previous announcements and also conversations with shareholders - PFS is still being worked on/finalised by HRL. I would expect there would be a economics side as well as the design of the pilot plant.
The company has been pretty transparent and willing to talk in my time as a holder. I would very much like to be enlightened if someone has a confirmed answer to any serious delays jeopardising the project after talking with management. If not then not sure why there are so many doubts being raised to everything namely OHD project and process, perhaps this is natural human psychology when there are some delays involved.
My take on the delay -
a) may have something to do with the excellent results on bokchoy and hence the hydroponics environment which has prompted this to be included in PFS
b) infrastructure agreements still to be finalised
c) government assistance still to be finalised (I wonder do we even need this still?)
d) interested company/offtake contractor willing to come on board subject to....(?)
Points b) and c) always take time and this may also may be further affected with how much voice Latrobe Valley is being subjected to by various parties domestically and internationally
One last thing I will say is that my experience with this company is that they will only release information to the market if anything is confirmed/signed on the dotted line, in other words when there is something to report to the market.
Call it old school values or whatever but that is what has been ever present.
It would be much appreciated if someone can share any confirmed dialogue with management IF there are any major hurdles.
Otherwise until then I'll go back to enjoying life
