    PMI Gold Corporation would like to respond to recent press articles in regard to financing for the Obotan Gold
    Project in Ghana.
    PMI is currently exploring a full range of financing alternatives, however the type of project financing will not
    be determined until a final decision to advance the Obotan Project into development is made by the
    Company’s Board of Directors."
