We'll if we're wanting a cost anywhere near that hottin, we'll need LMax. Simple as that.
With the roast option sitting around 3k including credits IMO, that's not a great margin, not bad, but not great either.
To be sourcing the required levels of funding that we'll need to get this baby producing. We'll need better than that.
Don't get me wrong, I'm long EMH, but the right course of action here is pretty clear I believe.
