I'm fairly sure previous presentations (now can't find) mentioned PFS to be completed by December, with Wanbao having two months to decided. Am I the only one thinking that they're running late on the publishing, or is new wording of PFS in 1Q18 now giving them an extra couple of months?
Other alternative is Wanbao are already talking to them and they'd want to release the PFS and agreement with Wanbao at the same time?
