Frustrating that the company has once again failed to deliver on what it's promised, even though the delay is probably only a couple of weeks. And the language is ambiguous on what happens then. It speaks of talks with Wanbao in Beijing in late January but then says the outcome of the PFS not to be announced until end of March - and seemingly dependent on delivery of the 'final PFS'. Why would it take all February and March before Havilah can announce what the PFS says, particularly if it's had discussions with Wanbao in late January with a view to agreeing that it accurately reflects Havilah's position? The timing of the delivery of the 'final PFS' is also vague. Does it mean the final may not be delivered until the end of March, which would push Wanbao's decision timeframe out til the end of May? Regrettably, more of the same bad PR.
